Observation

Medication/ointment was observed in a kitchen drawer accessible to children. Radio was not plugged in and the cording was dangling. In the Living Room there was an extension cord being used to charge a phone. The phone was charge during the visit and was still charged up as we left the home. Equipment/shelving was not secure. Chipping paint on cabinets in kitchen and baseboard in child care room.
